Welcome to SAL Electronics! SAL Electronics currently builds heavy-duty HF wire antennas and ground plane antennas for VHF/UHF systems.

The HF antennas are built with high power ferrite toroids housed within a NEMA-6 weatherproof enclosure. All hardware is stainless steel for years of trouble free operation. There are three high

power models: SE-OCF806; 3KW, SE-EF1606; 500 Watt, and the SE-EF8010, 500 Watt.

The SE-EF4010, 45 ft end fed antenna is a low power (100 Watts) model that makes a good match for QRP rigs like the Elecraft K/KX series, the FT-817 series, the IC-703 series, and other QRP radios.

The VHF/UHF antenna systems are built to commercial standards with 6063-T832 aircraft quality aluminum and stainless steel hardware. There are two ground plane models available with antennas: One model is equipped with a 3 dB whip, and the other model comes with a NMO dual band (VHF/UHF) gain whip antenna. The NMO mount model is available in your choice of UHF or Type-N connector.

The SAL Electronics model SE-2M features 10 MHz bandwidth at 1.8:1 VSWR; covering the entire 2 Meter Band at 1.5:1 or less. Comes with a 1:1 balun that provides full balanced output for an undistorted radiation pattern. The balun also provides complete DC ground for low noise operation and better static dissipation than a normal direct feed point. Heavy Duty construction allows for 120 MPH wind suvival with 1/2" radial ice. Can be mounted horizontally or vertically. Comes standard with a SO-239 UHF female connector, or can be ordered with a Type-N female connector at no charge. Click here for more information.
